The 'Mona Lisa of bouldering', according to Niccolò Ceria, this stunning arête is one of the quintessential problems of Fontainebleau.

Jacky Godoffe and Marc le Menestrel vied for the first ascent:

Who, Jacky or Marc, conquered the boulder first? In a spirit of brotherhood, both climbers blur the lines, each valuing the other’s effort. That day, they decided to share the first ascent, thus linking their names to the story of the boulder they would together call ‘Partage’. [1]

Jacky made a quick repeat after Marc le Menestrel's first ascent and suggested 8A, then shortly after Jacky's ascent a hold broke and suggestions of 8A+ were made. [1]

For me [it] was maybe my best moment bouldering ever. It's not the hardest thing I've climbed but it's a boulder I've always wanted to do. In terms of how it looks it's the sort of climb that attracts me the most: quite high, really nice arete, not that many holds but just enough that you can climb it.

I saw Ty[ler Lnadman] climbing it really fast in Between the Trees, and when I saw that i was like "I wish I could climb this boulder". [1]
