I think the sit start looks...terrible [smiles]. Big moves on really shitty holds. It is the kind of project only for Charles. [1]

In December 2023 Charles broke a hold off while trying it, it's unclear whether it is still possible. [2]

The idea of linking those 28 moves, consistently intense, felt almost impossible, but there was one trick that made it possible. A kneebar, that looked impossible to release the hands at first, but everything is trainable. [1]
