This could do with splitting into free and aid versions a la The Nose (A2) and The Nose (E9).

I'd forgotten it was still unsplit. Is there an easy way to do this, or do you have to move all the entries one-at-a-time to the new entry?

If it was a route with lots of ascents to move over I could do some background jiggery-pokery to move ascents from one climb to another, but for this one it'd be just as fast to swap the current climb to the free version, make a new aid version and then copy the aid ascents over.

This is sorted. I've also added an 'Aid Solo' ascent type which feels like it better represents Peter Haan's ascent than rope solo (which I think we should save for free rope solo ascents).

Thanks, tidied/added a few small things. Best style free ascents of the Salathe climb the headwall in one 8b pitch, which likely bumps it to E9 given all the other climbing you've done to get there. Should it be graded for this?

[Edit to last sentence]: Should the grade - here and more generally - be for best style, usual style, easiest style, or something else?

I would say usual style. Thinking about how it appears on a climber's page, if we use the grade for usual style then it should be correct for the majority of ascentionists whereas if we go best style (and this differs from usual style) then it would feel a bit inaccurate on a majority of climbers pages. Obviously it is worth adding a note for significant differences in style e.g. linking the headwall pitch in a oner.
