Tyre Taft 3
Vasya Vorotnikov 3
Wally Reed 3

Yosemite climber of the 1950s and 1960s. Most notable for first ascents and first free ascents of shorter routes that have now become valley classics.

When I was first starting out, it seemed that if Wally Reed was on the first ascent of a route we were trying, it was going to be strenuous, poorly protected, likely wide hands to offsize, and almost always a classic line. John Long

Bill Feuerer 2

Aerospace engineer, climbing equipment designer and manufacturer, Yosemite and SW desert climber. The Dolt hole and tower features on The Nose (A2) are named after him.

Dolt designed, made and sold pitons, hooks, and other climbing-related equipment through the 1960s. His early pitons were lovingly finished, things of beauty; perhaps the most elegant pieces of climbing equipment ever made. Steve Bartlett [6].

Despite the mental disparagement of his nickname, Bill "Dolt" Feuerer was a unique, highly complex individual. He was occasionally brilliant, frequently perceptive, and always creative. Mark Powell [3].

He was found hanged at his home between Christmas and New Year 1971.
