Might reach out to Steve and ask him for some clarification on this one, Stan Hunter said on the Discord that Steve may of said it was harder than Dreamtime (pre break) (8B+) , maybe @TdG or @remus might know him better?

Also it seems Gus went with mid 8B+ on UKC.

Good shout, I haven't got any contact details so you'll be as likely as me to get him via insta or whatever. Might be able to track down some details via friends if you don't have any luck.

Given how long it's gone without a repeat it does feel like it could be a candidate for an upgrade, will be interesting to see what Steve says.

Just sent him a DM on Instagram.

"Hi Matt - yeah, great to see it get some attention. I thought it was top end 8b or possibly 8b+. At the time no established 8b+ on grit so a bit of reluctance to push the + grade. That part of the crag gets green very quick - if it has remained in decent condition I think it would have seen more action maybe. Anyway, nice to see it get done by Guss. Thanks 👍"

Gonna poke this one down as 8B+ given Steve's reply and Gus's grade. It does seem that this gets pretty dirty.

Yeah seems reasonable. Would be ideal to wait for more repeats per the grade changes policy but don't think this will be too controversial.

Yeah, I think with the awkward Brad Pitt SDS still at the top it's a little less bold.

Can't imagine Moons gonna be very happy when I tell him he's now been superceded again haha
