There is some debate around how independent this line is compared to Booby Prize. When Andy Grieve made the first ascent of Booby Prize he climbed fairly centrally up the wall, whereas subsequent ascents have tended to take a more rightward line.
Being unaware of the original line, Ian Cooper added Top Surgery thinking it independent of the original. After discussion with the Grieve they agreed one line on the face was more appropriate. [1]
