This brings me to Christmas week. I know I'll be able to spend some time at the cliff, so I constantly monitor the weather forecast, particularly the wind and cloud cover. I select the 2/3 days that seem ideal and schedule my training schedule as best as possible to get there in good shape. The only small problem is Christmas meals. If I want to maximize my chances, I'm going to have to go easy on the foie gras and white wine. Plus, I've already made the effort not to open my advent calendar.
