Landers family moved to the Asheville, NC area where Landers would find his love for climbing outdoors. Landers spent most of his time bouldering and trad climbing at Rumbling Bald and on Looking Glass Rock in the Pisgah National Forest. Currently he is based out of the Salt Lake Area where he exceled in all disciplines of climbing. At the age of 12 he became a world champion in ice climbing and has won multiple USA Climbing youth national championships in sprot climbing. In the summer of 2025 he participated in the IFSC Youth World Championships in bouldering placing 5th. Some of his notable outdoor ascents are freeing Moonlight Butress at the age of 13, The BIg Smile (14b) and Transcience (V14/8b+)</p>
