Climbers with the same name

@TdG where climbers have the same name I'll generally keep the name the same in the title field. It can be a little confusing at times, but I think it's better to use other info to distinguish them in situations where there's room for confusion e.g. when doing auto-complete in a text field we rank based on number of ascents (plus a load of other criteria) so that the more prominent figure will be at the top of the list.

Same as above. Typically these are actually easier to deal with because you can usually just add on the grade in contexts where you might have confusion e.g.
