I edited the Spittle Hill description, and grouped under Castle Hill (which makes sense to me.), but now can't access the spittle hill description as it redirect. Was this an error and a misunderstanding of grouping? Locally the term 'Castle Hill' can refer to the whole basin or Kura Tawhiti/The Homestead.

Ah apols, the grouping mechanism is a bit of anachronism. When the site was first build crags were pretty closely tied to crags on UKC, and there's still some functionality that auto-adds some very basic crag info from UKC if a climb has a UKC URL. This is usualy helpful, but sometimes UKC crags are split into smaller pieces than we'd like to use, so grouping gives us a way to make multiple crags into one while still preserving the UKC crags thing.

I've just ungrouped spittle hill in the DB, let me know if there's any other crags that might need attention.

Do you think it makes sense to move the climbs currently in Castle Hill into a more specific crag?

Great. It makes more sense to have a over arching area "Castle Hill Basin" (if possible) then Spittle Hill, Quantum Field, Dark Castle, Wuthering Heights, Flock Hill, Dry Valley, Teapot. Otherwise just the seperate areas, I can shift the climbs

Apols as Im in no ways a local so might be off the mark, but it seems like Castle Hill covers quite a large area? The rule of thumb for crags is that climbs should go together in a crag if you'd normally walk between them in a days climbing. For larger areas there is the concept of collecting crags together into areas, though this functionality is a bit rough around the edges at the moment.

Right, so Castle Hill should be an area, and the climbs under it currently should be added to a crag called 'Quantum Field'.

Good knowledge, thanks. For simplicity I've renamed Castle Hill -> Quantum Field and moved the pin.
