We'll change a grade if there are a majority of suggestions from ascentionists at a new grade. Where suggestions are split there is a slight bias to sticking with the current grade.
Okay cool. Could you please elaborate then on A1? So on 8a.nu, two ascentionists suggest 8B, the other two 8B+. So I then went with slash grade as it's split. Though looking a second time I see one suggested 8B hard, besides this though: can you explain a bit more clearly then what do I do in that situation if the suggested grades are split?

Of course :) If the suggested grades are split we'll tend to stick with the grade proposed by the FA until there is a 'tie breaker' grade suggestion.
