I just pulled 8B out of my ass, so any other guesses very welcome. Bit hesitant to keep it at 8B as i think that would make it one of the hardest slabs around. On the other hand Chris is pretty handy and has put a lot of time into it.
Aren’t all slab grades just pulled out of someone’s ass? The hard slabs in Ogawayama have had loads of ascents so they’re either amazingly good slab climbers or amazingly bad slab graders.
For this I’d have gone with 8A just to get it on the list, then wait for someone to complain if they think they’re being shortchanged. I see he did Duel BITD with minimum fuss.
