Harry Entwisle was one of the two founders of the Rucksack Club in 1902, whose letter with A. E. Burns to the City News led to its formation. He was joint honorary secretary for its first years, later vice-president and president in 1932-33. A walker rather than a rock climber, at 82 he walked from Land's End to John o' Groats. [1]
