One of the three Wells sisters, original members of the Pinnacle Club, and a headmistress who lived all her life in Ben Rhydding. With her sister Biddy and Lilian Bray she made the first all-women traverse of the Cuillin Ridge in 1928, and she was club president 1949–52. [1] [2] [3] [4]
