Annie 'Paddy' Hirst (nÊe Wells), the eldest of the three Wells sisters and an original member of the Pinnacle Club, took on its secretaryship after Pat Kelly's death in 1922 and became its second president. She and her husband John Hirst were the first married couple to complete the Munros, and she was the first woman to do so. [1] [2]
