Daniel Jenkins is a New Zealand boulderer active during the late 1990s and early 2000s, recognised for pushing technical standards at Castle Hill and pioneering early domestic bouldering media. He is most famous for establishing the first ascents of The Weird Three, a trilogy of unique and highly technical hanging groove problems located in the Quantum Field sector.
Jenkins also documented the local scene through photography and video. He directed and produced Contact, which was New Zealand’s first dedicated bouldering film.
